Tevens om Aad te assisteren in het maken van de keuze, in zijn nieuwe carri\u00e8re, om (nog) meer tijd te steken in de begeleiding van geblesseerde spelers en het voorkomen van langdurige blessures was deze \u201c award\u201d zeker op zijn plaatst.
