\nI have run an elite rugby academy for 10 years working on developing the skills and attributes to compliment long term player development and to support premiership academies. The model is all about delivering one to one coaching and support for junior players that continue to graduate into international and contracted premiership rugby players.
\nAs a player I played junior international rugby for England and Ireland and have been involved in the professional and semi-professional game for 15 years. I have recently been a Head Coach for a team in Birmingham for the last 6 years and will be coming to Holland after working with the National Men\u2019s and women\u2019s team in Bahamas as a consultant sevens coach before taking up a coaching role in Washington DC for the summer
