Touch Rugby? Ja, bij Touch Rugby wordt de tackel vervangen door een aanraking oftewel een touch. Er is hierdoor nauwelijks nog sprake van fysiek contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dus wil jij meedoen met een teamsport, fit blijven of worden, buiten trainen, met een rugbybal gooien en plezier hebben met een groep mannen en vrouwen? Dan is touchrugby echt iets voor jou!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omdat er bij touch rugby bijna geen fysiek contact is, is het uitermate geschikt voor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>mannen en vrouwen die samen een teamsport willen beoefenen (de trainingen zijn gemengd)<\/li><li>iedereen die zelf rugby heeft gespeeld maar geen fysiek contact meer wil<\/li><li>mensen die op latere leeftijd willen gaan rugbyen<\/li><li>rugby spelers\/speelsters die herstellend zijn van een blessure<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hoofdtrainer:<\/strong>&nbsp;Bas Muller<br><strong>Manager:<\/strong>&nbsp;Vacant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trainingen:<\/strong><br>De trainingen zijn op donderdagavond van 19:45 tot 21:00 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Belangrijk zijn het recreatieve en sociale karakter van de trainingsavonden.
